About Us

We are a family owned business. Our goal is to rent nice homes with upscale interior to people and create a family like community within each home. We specialize in renting our homes out by the room. We have our homes over Middle & East Tennessee in a variety of areas. 

We understand that there is a need out there for people who either do not want to live by themselves or don't want to have a huge rent or mortgage payment and only have to deal with making one payment for housing; while not having to deal with all the different bills and deposits of water, sewer, electric, trash, internet, etc. 

We like to go one step further and include yard service, house keeping, washer and dryer and furnish the main living areas. That way all you have to worry about is your own room and not the upkeep of the rest of the home.

We want to make renting from us as easy as possible that way you have more time to do the things that you want to do. 

We also have some of our homes that we do rent entirely. We are always adding properties so if we currently do not have something we may in the future.  Just check back in with us.
